Great museum! Great! Price is fun for the whole family. They have a kid soft play zone which was fantastic and clean and tidy. Lots of people were there on the weekend. We saw all four floors. Fantastic exhibits. It does take time when there is a ton of people so if you can go at a off-peak time I would recommend it. Parking was easy under the highway right across the street and affordable compared to other parts of Dallas our children are a wide age range and they all enjoyed themselves. Something for everyone and definitely will return next time we're in Dallas

We visited the Dallas Zoo without realizing it was their Dollar Day promotion. The park was definitely crowded, but it made sense once we figured out about the special pricing. It was also very hot, so some animals were not out in their habitats. This was slightly disappointing; however, it was completely understandable for their safety. Nonetheless, we enjoyed the animals we did see, and it was a good adventure overall.

Out of all 8 or 9 indoor playgrounds I've been too all summer, this is the best one. I was very impressed. Great area for toddlers. Reasonably priced. Lost of interesting play to enjoy. My little one is 20 months and he had a blast. I will be coming back here a lot. Only thing is maybe not have your staff start mopping the front reception why guest are still in their socks. But it's new so I assume staff is still figuring things out. Definitely come check this place out!

I had my son’s 6th birthday here, I cannot recommend this place enough!!! Sophie was our party host and was so kind and helpful. Everything I asked she was very patient, even when I was being a nervous (and perhaps annoying lol) hostess mama! Not only her but ALL of the women on staff and management were easy to talk to, extremely accommodating, and went above and beyond. They answered all of my questions and went out of their way to make sure I had as little stress and work as possible on the day of the party. My son had an absolute blast and FOUR of his friends are now insisting on having their next birthday here! The only negative was one piece of equipment where several children got hurt especially if bigger kids were there (the big drop down thingie). That ONE piece is very much a safety hazard and as a host was somewhat stressful. However, I would definitely still have another party here and would not rate it as a deal breaker. Cannot sing enough praises for the wonderful and sweet staff here!! edit to add: I had left some decor behind and called to see if i could pick it up as my plan was to return it unused. They werent able to find it but the worker I spoke to offered to refund me for the price of the decor or give us a one time visit pass. Truly above and beyond service!

We were a little unsure about our decision to bring the teen grandkids to Main Event in Grand Prairie after pulling into the parking lot, we almost turned around and went somewhere else. Tons of trash, broken alcohol bottles and overall unkept, overlooked parking lot. Thankfully we decided to at least go in and try. We initially had planned to just do laser tag and some arcade games but, we decided to get the unlimited pass for all 6 of us, 2 grands and the 4 teens. Every staff member was pleasant and helpful and they all seemed happy to be there. Natalie at the front desk was friendly and eager to assist us and we had the pleasure of Anastasia helping us in several different areas- 1st on the Rope Adventure- which the kids AND Grandpa loved!! Then in the redemption store. We lost in the escape room and we all agreed we'll come back to try again! We bought the special tickets that included a lunch entree! The service was exceptional, with Stephanie and Cole, and the food was all delicious! The Shirley Temples were not only beautiful but tasty too! We were there over 4 hours and didn't even get to do all we wanted to do. The kids all agreed this was their favorite arcade, event place we've taken them yet. Glad we decided to give it a chance.

By age
Ages 1–3: about 90 minutes, a small guest list, indoor play or
a picnic. Skip trampoline parks.
Ages 4–6: the peak venue-party window. Soft play, arcade
packages, and children’s museums fit.
Ages 7–9: friend groups get bigger. Trampolines, bowling,
zoos, and science parties start to win.
Ages 10–12: ask them. Laser tag, go-karts, tunnels, and
hangouts with enough friends tend to land.
A six-week checklist
Weeks 6–8: date, budget, guest-list size, book the room.
Saturday late morning fills first.
Week 4: invitations with start and end times, parking, and an
allergy ask.
Week 2: lock food and cake. Confirm outside-food rules and
waivers.
Week 1: count adults in the room cap. Pack candles the venue
allows.
Day of: arrive in the venue’s setup window — often 10–20
minutes, not an hour.
