Spectacular place to be with your family, so they can explore on their own without us "parents," worrying. This gives these children a chance to go on a little adventure on their own. Gaining confidence in themselves. Decision making. Socializing and interactions. Problematic solving. Solutions. Motor skills.

Small and neat spot. We try to hit a local zoo wherever we travel and this one was such a good find. The staff here were all so kind and welcoming which made the whole experience even better. Of course the train was a must for me lol and it did not disappoint. We caught a glimpse of almost every animal which is rare for a smaller zoo. The birds had us laughing and there are some really gorgeous wild cats here. It even started raining on us and nobody cared. Somehow made it more fun. Fun fact: this is actually a rescue zoo, not a traditional one. Most of the animals here were saved from other facilities or private owners and given a second home.

My kids unfortunately love this place but it gets more disgusting as time passes so I may just have to say no. I got an email back from Customer Support via a customer survey saying they care about the feedback (pasted below), but the exact same food trash is still there hanging over where the kids climb around 6months later. I’m shocked this place hasn’t gotten any health violations. There are laughable signs on all of the trash cans claiming it’s the world’s cleanest indoor theme park…. “North Austin location is extremely dirty. There is food trash all throughout the playscapes. Parts of the taller playscape have serious safety issues with holes in the netting that allow children to access 20 foot + drops. Pieces torn off - sharp metal pieces sticking out. Last time we came to the North Austin location, we watched a metal pole fall off of one of the playscapes. I have seen many Band-Aids in the ball pit and stuck to the walls of the playscapes. There is a thick layer of dust on all of the play areas. The kitchen does not have suitable ventilation - it’s extremely smoky throughout the entire play area. I have made the staff aware of these issues on many occasions, as have other parents, no one seems to care.” Update - management commented that they care and will work with management on concerns, which is what they said via email 6 months ago and they also posted basically the same thing 7 months ago on someone else’s review with the same concerns (pic attached). It seems that they have no intention of doing anything to improve the health and safety of the facility.

This is a let down, i’m here right now and I count three games saying error. And I have went up front and asked for someone to come look at them. And the girl up front said he would come check. And it’s been an hour and not a one person has come to look at them. I don’t like being lied to. And I paid to play these games! Yall should have someone walking the floor every 15-30minutes. Checking games. This is ridiculous. What do yall have a manager working here at this location if they aren’t going to manage!

Family and I went to Pinballz today, north location (Lake Creek) and this place was big. I've only been to the location in Buda on S IH 35, so in comparison, this location is HUGE. Sorry some of the pictures are a touch blurry, my bad. Anyways, they have all kinds of games for the young and old. Claw machines, pinball, coin pushers, skill games, and older arcade games like Pac-Man and Galaga, VR, escape room, laser tag, go karts, and bumper cars. You can go for ticket games or instant win games. Their redemption counter has things ranging from 20 tickets all the way up to 20,000+ tickets and there was a nice variety of prizes to choose from. The do serve food, didn't eat there so don't know the prices or what they server, alcohol, and sodas. Since I live in South Austin, I don't see myself going very often to this location, but I will visit any time I find myself in North Austin. Very friendly staff. So if you are wanting to visit an arcade and are in North Austin, check out Pinballz.

A very nice place to spend some time with your friends. The games playground area is in great condition, the bowling section it's great but the tables and sitting spot near it is kinda small and you may be very close to other partys. The bar section is clean and very well lit, the pool tables are in a ok condition but you may find a lot of the cues very deteriorated, some of the tables are stained (all this is very understandable due to the fact that they are free of charge to use) and good place to practice you game to be honest. The staff has been amazing all the time I had been there and is all across the different sections of the building, kudos to them (sometimes you can see them exercising a lot of patience and being very professional to those "no so good customers")

Visited ifly and had an absolute fun. As a foreigner, I was bit worried about the language barrier, but the pre-flight training was very visual and easy to understand. Inside the tunnel, instructor guided me perfectly using simple hand signal.so there was absolutely nothing to worry about even if you're not fluent English. If you go ,definitely add 'high flight' option at the end($21.65), it is worth it. It is really fun activity for adult also. Highly recommend

It’s an ok play place. We have played here since the open. It was nice in the beginning but it’s starting to show its age. Everything was everywhere the last time we played. There use to be a cute gas station, doctor area , and etc.. but it was a mess. Things to know. No outside food or drink. They have baby area and toddler area. They now charge for adults🤔 50% off if you show same day Austin aquarium receipt.

We had my son’s 4th birthday party at Saplings Studio and it was such a great experience. Jaclyn was amazing and made everything so easy. We did a monster truck theme and the kids got to make 3D monster truck art and play with sensory activities. It was so fun and perfect for their age. It was honestly such a nice change from the super overstimulating birthday parties. The kids stayed engaged, cleanup was handled, and the parents kept telling me how relaxed and enjoyable it was. Highly recommend for an easy, fun birthday party!

Cordovan Art School was the perfect spot for a Galentine’s outing. I had such a great time taking a class here with a friend — it was creative, relaxed, and genuinely fun. The studio staff was super knowledgeable and incredibly helpful, making the whole experience feel welcoming even if you’re not super experienced. The environment was warm and inspiring, and everything was well organized from start to finish. We received our finished pieces about a week later, which was exciting and totally worth the wait. Such a great place for a unique experience with friends — I’d absolutely come back again 🎨💖

★★★★★ (If I could give it 10 stars, I would!) Catch Air Austin was hands down one of the best indoor playgrounds we’ve ever visited. The space is incredibly clean, colorful, and packed with activities that kept the kids entertained the entire time. From the climbing structures and slides to the interactive games and themed play areas, there was never a dull moment. What really stood out was how well everything was maintained. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure everyone had a great experience. As a parent, I appreciated the comfortable seating areas where I could relax while still keeping an eye on the kids. This is the perfect spot for birthdays, family outings, or just letting the little ones burn off some energy. We made amazing memories here, and it was absolutely worth the visit. I entered with the come to crux package which is 5 day passes at either of their locations for $75 (pre-tax). The staff were welcoming and was not too busy when I visited Sunday late afternoon 11/23. Crux is unique in their orientation process. I had about a 10 minute tour with some lady and she explained the grading process with these animals that indicate different grades (see pics for visual). The gym boasts of many bouldering opportunities and features a pretty challenging cave section. The back of the building has two floors featuring actual gym equipment and classes. There is a lot of amenities on top of the gym including office space, ping pong, and a sauna. There is also a brewery next door and an art store. Its a solid gym with great energy. --- Updated: I head a solid opportunity to ask Zach a few questions about crux and give some feedback. He was very down to earth and has been very welcoming as I see him working there. He also went the extra mile to provide insights into his own climbing background at UT and contrasted crux with some of the gyms in the local Texas area (plano, college station, austin, etc.) Thanks, Sam

It's alright. Everything is showing its age. The sculptures, the golf batting things, even the golf balls themselves. Mostly only good for first dates or going out with your steady girlfriend. Apart from that even if you've been in Austin for a decade and then leave you would have been fine not checking this place out. Nothing special or a must-do or anything. Reasonable price I guess. Kinda get cheated at the end because the last hole is literally nothing. Park at Trek past the intersection and to the left, behind the golf place.

First time at Playland for a birthday party and it was a really great time. The arcade section is huge and the full bar is a nice touch. We were there primarily for the skating rink and skated for close to two hours - the DJ was playing great music throughout which kept the energy up. At 9PM it transitions to adults only which I really appreciated as it gave the night a different feel. I did not try the food myself but a friend ordered a quesadilla that looked delicious. I have a 6 year old, 4 year old, and baby, and my one main issue was that my 4 year old couldn't participate in much besides the lazy river, wave pool, and splash pad/zone area with some slides because she was too short for most things. Even the slides at the splash pad area required me to go down with her which is fun but hard when I'm also juggling a 9 month old and constantly passing him off to my friend to hold ha. My oldest was able to participate in pretty much everything with her 8 year old friend and they loved all of the different rides and activities! The rules to get in are pretty stickler so make sure you read up on those before getting to the main entrance. The lifeguards were kind and seemed to be paying attention for the most part, we even saw a double rescue happen in the wave pool (although I'm not sure why it took so long for backup or the secondary lifeguard to take her spot on the stand to keep watching while she was in the water... probably took at least 5 minutes?). There's a couple different food options and dessert places, (we had the pizza and icees) and apparently season pass holders get a discount that also passes on to their buddys as well which is nice because the food is not necessarily cheap. The park is clean and a nice size, not too big that you have to worry much about your kids getting lost. We also did have one mishap with the size pole at the bottom of the body slide measuring different from the one at the top of the body slide, so we thought my second youngest could do it and waited in line til the top, but turns out she was too short. We did make sure the lifeguards were aware so hopefully it got fixed. We also had fast passes that were given to us but didn't need them til the second half of the day when it got more busy. Overall we will be back!

I was so disappointed. I was bragging about this place I wanted to take my husband. We were out on a late night drive decided to give it a try. The drinks were terrible. The menus were dirty. The food was disgusting. Maybe it was just the late night crew, I'm not sure. I've been there before and the service was not as terrible. I ordered a strawberry mimosa. It had no strawberries and it was cloudy. They said they were out of strawberries so they put a cherry on top. No! I ordered a gluten-free grilled chicken sandwich the bun was so hard you can throw it and break a window. A knife couldn't cut it. The sweet potato fries were burnt. Normally I try to find one thing good when I go out to eat. I could not find one thing this particular evening. I'm not saying all evenings are going to be like this but that particular evening was the worst experience I've ever had in my Dave & Buster's history.

Idk about every one else's experience but my kids LOVED IT!! I took my daughter here when she turned 1 and to bring her back 10 years later with my boys was cool. Buying tickets was super easy. They offer a military discount at the door. We got 10 tokens so my kids were able to feed the capybara, the fish, and sharks. We went on a Thursday right after a bus of kids left so it seemed very chill. Lots of employees around to help with encounters. One employee was wearing a baby monkey that they just received. Everything my kids and I witnessed seemed to be very loving towards the animals and with employees cleaning habitats throughout. While it is dated, I think they have done a good job at keeping up with the place. Does it need a remodel? Yes. But they still have hand washing stations, hand sanitizer stations, and very clean bathrooms! My 5 year old kept saying he loved the aquarium!
